Addressing Harm and Conflict Circles

We will address harm and conflict through a voluntary restorative justice process that involves restorative conversations, restorative justice circles and/or dialogues. Circles can only go as far as the truth so unfortunately we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, but we will do our utmost to hold everyone’s humanity in the process as we hold integrity and fidelity with the restorative justice process and practice.
